Jonathan joined the team in 2005, bringing expertise in utility damage prevention and property damage claims to oversee operations, including critical processes such as first notice of loss, insurance research and filing, quality assurance, adjuster training, and claims recovery optimization. He was promoted to President & CEO in June 2026, where he drives operational excellence across the enterprise and continues to advance strategic innovation in claims management.

He holds a degree in property-land management from Okefenokee Technical College, a property and casualty adjuster license, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys racing vintage cars, the great outdoors, and exploring new destinations with his wife and family.
