What are the key metrics to look at when considering a partnership with CMR?
Overall recovery ratios, cycle, time, number of claims billed and recovered, total dollars billed and recovered, and employee count and cost should be reviewed.
What are some key considerations before partnering with CMR?
It is important to think about your organization’s goals and objectives. Consider how damage claim identification, billing, and recovery fits into your team’s expertise, as well as your organization’s purpose, mission, and vision. From there, determine if recovering property claims is a core function of your organization and something in which you want to develop expertise. Finally, consider how your organization will continue to support recovery activities. Can you invest in damage claim recovery in the future?
Who does the field investigation when there is an accident?
Our customers’ first responders submit claim investigation data and information via the First Notice of Loss hotline. This toll-free hotline is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and damage photos can be submitted 24-7 in the CMR FNOL app, available in the Apple and Android app stores. Search “CMR Damage Reporter” and download.
Does CMR do the repair?
No, CMR does not complete repairs. Typically, the customer or their contractor completes repairs to retain control over the process. Segmenting the repair and recovery activities creates efficiencies in the process where both happen simultaneously.
Can you work in any state in the U.S.?
Yes, CMR handles claims nationwide.
